1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• A request is submitted within 2 days of enrolment and after attending 1 class.
• The user has not accessed more than 10% of the course content.

2. Refund Process

• Submit your refund request via email to info@smartenglishlab.com with proof of purchase.
• The refund will be issued through the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

• If the request is made after 2 days from the date of enrolment and after attending online class.
• If more than 10% of the course content has been accessed.
• If the course was purchased during a promotional or discounted offer unless otherwise stated.
